Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party receives the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made or personalized goods
sealed goods unsealed after delivery
perishable goods
