Clarity in Shipping

For deliveries within Germany and Austria, we charge €4.00. Shipping within the European Union is €18.00.

Free shipping applies for orders above €100.00 within Germany & Austria and above €200.00 within the European Union.

Your order usually arrives within 2–4 business days (DE & AT) and 3–7 business days within the EU. Shipping begins once your payment has been received.

Easy Returns

If something doesn’t feel right, you can return your order within 14 days in Germany & Austria and within 30 days across the European Union. Returns are free of charge.

Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within a few business days.
